How much commission does Pawbook take on my services?
None. You only pay your monthly or yearly subscription and keep 100% of your revenue. Your clients' payments go directly to you, with no middleman.
Can I try Pawbook before paying?
Yes. The first month is free on every plan. At the end of the trial, you're free to continue or not — no charge without your explicit consent.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, free of charge: it simply ends at the end of the current month. On the yearly plan, you keep the discounted rate until the end of your current year.
How does setting up my salon work?
On your own, expect about 15 minutes: photos, services, prices, hours. And if you'd rather, our team sets everything up with you, free of charge — you start with a flawless profile without touching a single setting.
Are SMS reminders included in the subscription?
Yes. The SMS reminders sent to your clients before their appointment are included in your subscription for normal use, at no extra cost. Fewer no-shows, zero effort.
Can I manage several staff members in my salon?
