How much commission does Pawbook take on my services?
None. You only pay your monthly or yearly subscription and keep 100% of your revenue. Your clients' payments go directly to you, with no middleman.
How does the free trial month work?
Your first month is free, with all features and no credit card. No charge is made without your explicit confirmation at the end of the trial — otherwise your account simply returns to an inactive state, at no cost.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, free of charge: it simply ends at the end of the current month. On the yearly plan, you keep the discounted rate until the end of your current year.
How does setting up my boarding service work?
On your own, expect about 15 minutes: stays and services, prices, availability, photos. And if you'd rather, our team sets everything up with you, free of charge.
How do daily tasks work?
Each stay has a daily plan: meals, walks, medication, care. You check off each completed task in real time, and the tool is built to handle several pets at once without forgetting anything.
Can I add my team?
Yes. The Pro plan includes up to 3 staff members, the Premium plan up to 10, each with their own calendar and their own tasks.
I run several boarding services, which plan should I choose?
