How much commission does Pawbook take on my bookings?
None. You only pay your monthly or yearly subscription and keep 100% of your revenue. Your clients' payments are paid to you directly, with no intermediary.
Can I try Pawbook before paying?
Yes. The first month is free on all plans. At the end of the trial, you're free to choose whether to continue — no charge without your explicit consent.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, free of charge: it simply ends at the end of the current month. With the yearly plan, you enjoy the reduced rate until the end of your current year.
How does setting up my business work?
On your own, count about 15 minutes: the default services (2-hour, 4-hour or half-day sitting, 30-minute home visit) import in 1 click, and you adjust prices and durations. And if you prefer, our team sets everything up with you, free of charge.
Do I have access to the pet's information before the sitting?
Yes. The owner's pet sitter note (habits, meals, temperament), allergies and emergency contact are viewable from the moment the booking is made — you know the pet before you even meet it.
Can I look after pets in their owners' homes?
Yes. You choose whether you look after pets at your place, at your clients' homes or both; home visits always take place at the client's home. You set a price per km and a maximum distance: travel fees are calculated automatically for every home booking.
Are SMS reminders included in the subscription?
Yes. The SMS reminders sent to your clients before each booking are included in your subscription for normal use, at no extra cost. Fewer missed appointments, zero effort.
Can I manage several pet sitters in my team?
Yes. The Pro plan includes up to 3 staff members (owner included), the Premium plan up to 10, each with their own calendar and their own time slots.
I run several businesses, which plan should I choose?
The Premium plan includes up to 2 businesses. Beyond that, our Chain plan on quote covers networks of several businesses: consolidated reporting, dedicated onboarding, priority support. Write to us at contact@pawbook.ch.
What happens if a client cancels a booking?
You're notified immediately and the time slot frees up in your calendar, ready to be booked by another client.
Are my data and my clients' data protected?
Yes. Your data is hosted in Europe and processed in accordance with the nFADP. Your client list belongs to you — you can export it at any time.
